K.I.V GreetingBot Nova is an advanced AI service robot designed for senior living and healthcare environments such as retirement homes, nursing homes, hospitals, and clinics.
It combines natural voice interaction with a large 14-inch 1080 FHD touch display, making health information, daily schedules, and way-finding easy to understand for seniors and visitors.
Staff can use the screen to show medication times, infection-control messages, appointment instructions, activity calendars, or simple health-education videos. The built-in camera supports photo and video communication, allowing remote check-ins by family members or clinicians, and the robot’s conversational AI can answer common non-clinical questions about services, visiting hours, or how to reach key departments—reducing front-desk workload while keeping seniors informed and reassured.
Technically, GreetingBot Nova is built for safe, continuous operation in busy care settings.
It runs on Android 9.0 and OrionStar’s AgentOS with large-language-model support, enabling customized health workflows and integration with existing digital systems (e.g., QR check-in, appointment links, or survey forms).
Its navigation stack includes LiDAR, depth-vision camera, fisheye camera, infrared recharging camera, odometer, and IMU sensors, allowing precise mapping and obstacle avoidance around walkers, wheelchairs, and other equipment in corridors.
Adjustable cruising speed (0.5–1.2 m/s) lets the robot move at a comfortable pace for seniors, while a 12–14 hour cruising time and automatic dock-charging ensure it can cover an entire day’s reception, triage, or information-desk duties with minimal staff intervention.
With Wi-Fi (2.4G/5G) connectivity and support for secondary development via open APIs, healthcare providers can tailor GreetingBot Nova to their own clinical pathways—such as pre-visit questionnaires, fall-prevention education, or patient satisfaction surveys—enhancing both care quality and operational efficiency.
