Unopened / Unused items (sealed packaging only)
If the item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in resalable condition. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping Policy (Canada) — Kept In View (KIV)

Kept In View (KIV) operates KIV Shop (“we,” “our,” “us”). This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped within Canada.

We currently ship within Canada.
If a shipping method does not appear at checkout for your address, it may mean:
we do not ship to that location yet, or
the item is restricted due to size/handling requirements.
2) Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
Processing time may be longer during:
promotions and high-volume periods,
product launches/pre-orders,
events/exhibitions.
3) Shipping methods & delivery estimates
Delivery times begin after your order is processed and shipped.
Typical delivery estimates (Canada):
Ontario: ~1–5 business days
Other provinces/territories: ~3–10 business days
Remote areas: may take longer
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Flat rate shipping: $15 CAD
5) Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will email you a tracking number once your order ships.
Some low-cost shipping methods may have limited tracking.
